  We are looking for acompetitive Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase servicesthey desire. Sales assistant duties include consulting, selling and doing afterservice. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increasecompany’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

• Provide insurance needs advice based on riskassessment
• Provide sound financial advice to help grow yourclient’s financial portfolio (Life and Health Insurance, IndividualPrescription Drugs and Dental Insurance, Critical Care and Long Term CareInsurance. Individual & Business Disability Insurance. Special ClassInsurance, Travel Insurance, Business Protection, Employment Benefits).

Requirements:

• Experiencedin proactively identifying and executing ways that customers’ needs can bebetter met through a strong understanding of their requirements and expertknowledge of products and services.
• Excellentinterpersonal and relationship management skills as well as a strong serviceorientation, focused on achieving exceptional service standards.
  
  

• Undergraduate degree ordiploma in Business Administration with one to three years relevant experiencein a financial institution or equivalent combination of training andexperience.
• Proven ability in sales andservice to financial customers.
  
  

• Strong knowledge infinancial advice and planning (Savings and Investment, TFSAs, RESP, RRSPs, RRIFs,Annuities, Retirement Planning, Family Financial Planning, Education Plans).
  
  

• Experience in engaging inand securing new business from existing and prospective customers.
• Expert in general bankingservices, including detailed knowledge of financial products and services.
• Hold or plan to have LifeLicense Qualification Program (LLQP) , IFIC or CSC
