很简单的, 两杯面, 一小匙盐, 两大匙糖(随心情, 少放没关系),一碗牛奶(大概一杯多一点),微波路里热一下,温的,放一小匙baking sodar,一大匙baking powder, 然后就慢慢和面, 面会有点稀, 揉时间长就不粘手了。 一般差不多就醒半小时10分钟的, 再揉就比较光滑了。 晚上和面, 面板下抹油, 拿手把面团铺平,厚度要2厘米左右, 罩上保鲜膜, 早上起来,千万不要再和面, 然后就炸, 我喜欢用铁锅滚油炸, 油炸锅也行, 温度我打的是160

就是说醒好面后,再在案板上涂油和面;摊薄后再用保鲜膜封闭,第二天早上用就可以了。

没开玩笑,是真不知道;一个原因是买东西主要是夫人代劳,因为她不是很喜欢面食,以前家里也很少做,虽说我很小的时候就会做一些面食;最近做了几次,她很喜欢,这才有动力吗。

建议大家给方子的时候能够明确杯的大小,因为有的家里用的是160cc的量杯,有的用的是400cc的量杯。
